The Student Government of Maharishi International University, works to ensure that every student enjoys the right to full participation in the academic and social life of MIU regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, ethnic identification, age, political affiliation and/or belief, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, or physical or mental ability.

MISSION STATEMENT

The students, faculty and staff members of MIU pledge to be confidential, non-judgmental supportive contacts for members of the MIU community who may be dealing with LGBTQIA+ issues. The Department of Student Life strives to educate the campus community about the program. We treat everyone with respect.
